Arlington, Va. – Dominion National, a leading dental and vision insurer and administrator, announced the addition of Felix Layne as vice president of finance.

Layne comes to Dominion with over 30 years of accounting and finance experience. Most recently, he spent 13 years as vice president of finance of DentaQuest. He will oversee Dominion’s accounting and finance efforts.“Felix will be a great addition to Dominion’s leadership team,” said Dominion President Mike Davis. “He brings extensive experience in financial management and planning, as well as Dental Service Organization (DSO) acquisitions and integrations that will complement our growth.”Layne is a certified management accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
