Dominion National, a leading provider of dental and vision benefits in the Mid-Atlantic area, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Member Services Specialist.
The selected individual will join an outstanding team of dedicated Member Service Specialists who provide premier customer service. Ideal candidate must be dependable, have the ability to multi-task, have strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and have the desire to work as a self-motivated team player in a dynamic and challenging work environment. Work involves providing uniform interpretation of benefits to dentists, members and employer groups, actively attempts to resolve patients concerns, which may include contacting other appropriate parties to facilitate the resolution of such concerns and adequately documents the information on the DataDental system, as well as retrieve packages and forwards written correspondence (to include brochures provider lists and other printed materials) to enrollees when appropriate. Performs other duties as required.
