The Allentown Service Center houses additional Customer Service and Claims staff and complements Dominion’s Arlington, Va. corporate headquarters. Adding a second location also offers additional support in the event of any inclement weather or outages at Dominion’s headquarters to ensure continuous access to service and claims staff.
