Arlington, Va. – Dominion National, a leading dental and vision insurer and administrator, announced the promotion of Andy Tate to vice president of operations.

For the past 12 years, Tate has served in various leadership roles at Dominion and has helped lead the company’s growth and geographic expansion while bringing operational enhancements and innovation to its service model.

In his new role, Tate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Dominion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services to customers. He will also work closely with the executive team to develop strategic solutions to improve efficiency and enhance our member experience.
