Arlington, Va. – Dominion National, a leading dental and vision insurer and administrator, has named Andy Tate as its new President and Chief Operating Officer.

With more than 13 years of dedicated service at Dominion, Tate has held progressively responsible leadership roles within the organization, most recently serving as Vice President of Operations. Tate has served as Dominion’s Interim President and COO since September 2024.
