Mike is a founder of Dominion National and has overall responsibility for the company. He has over 30 years of experience in dental benefits and had served in various executive positions with MIDA Dental Plans, a successful national dental carrier, prior to starting Dominion. Under Mike's leadership, Dominion has grown to serve over 850,000 members, offer access to over 350,000 national dentist listings and employ a staff of over 200. Mike has overseen expansion efforts to grow from 5 Mid-Atlantic states to over 28 states across the country.

Carlos is an attorney with over 15 years of compliance, legal and regulatory experience. Before joining Dominion, he served as Vice President – Legal and Compliance, for Delta Dental of Puerto Rico. Carlos oversees all aspects of Dominion’s Compliance Program and regulatory efforts.

Tangela has over 23 years of human resources experience in healthcare. Before joining Dominion, she served in a leadership role with Children’s Health System. Tangela oversees all aspects of human resources including employee recruitment, benefits, policies, training, and facilities.

Felix is a Certified Management Accountant with over 30 years of finance experience in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Dominion, Felix served as Vice President of Finance with DentaQuest. He currently oversees the company’s accounting and finance efforts.

Bernadette oversees Dominion’s underwriting and actuarial department and is responsible for financial analytics and driving profitable growth in all of Dominion’s markets. She brings over 29 years of experience, including underwriting management roles with United Concordia and Cigna.

Jay has over 37 years of managed care dental and health experience. He has previously served as Vice President, Strategic Alliances for Superior Vision, Vice President of Business Development for Dental Benefit Providers (DBP), a United Health Group Company, and as Vice President and Dental Product Manager for GE Financial Assurance, a division of GE Capital. He is responsible for leading Dominion’s current and new strategic alliance partnerships.

Jeff has over 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and corporate communications. He is responsible for leading Dominion’s marketing, sales, account service, public relations and advertising efforts, as well as overseeing the company’s proposals, new product launches, and group and individual product lines both on and off the exchanges. Jeff also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Dental Plans (NADP) to support NADP’s mission to promote and advance the dental benefits industry to improve consumer access to affordable, quality dental care. Jeff also oversees product development, advertising, and member communication efforts.

Dr. Silverman has more than 40 years of consulting, teaching and private practice experience. He helps design and review Dominion’s plans, policies, and administrative procedures. He is a former clinical associate of restorative dentistry at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry.

Andy has over 20 years of operations leadership experience in multiple industries. Before joining Dominion, Andy served in various leadership roles with Capital One and American Express. Andy oversees Dominion’s Customer Service, provider relations, information services and technology, project management, claims, plan and network administration, credentialing, and quality assurance.
